As I recall the summer of 1967 we got a
music teacher, he was a school band master.
That summer he taught guitar lessons, I
could already play and knew most of the
chords. I went anyway, the hospital let him
buy maybe 8 4 string Stella harmony guitars.
I recall it was a popular class. I don't
think anyone who was in this class kept up
with playing, as they only got to play on
these guitars about 2 times a week, I had
the only guitar on hall-18, and when I went
to hall-20 1 other kid had an old f-hole
guitar.

ronl do you know why you were the only one
allowed to have a guitar in Hall 18? Did any
of the others have a mucical instrument? I
was just wondering since they were so strict
on the rules.
Mike: Thanks I now know how to post them..
THANKS Again.. Looking forward to more of
your story Ron..
Ron: I was wondering if you remembered a
Wayne Saxton from your younger days at TSCH.
They say he worked on the kids floors and
use to cut the boys hair.. Just wondering if
you knew that name or not..

I don't know about Ron, but the name is very familiar to me, but I really can't place him. I just sent a message to a Wayne Saxton. We'll see if this is the person.
Mike I know Wayne Saxton personally and just
found out this weekend that he had worked
there for all those years. If you havent
contacted the right Wayne let me know and
I'm sure I could get you his conact info.

Wayne Saxton
We would have called him Mr. Wayne or Mr. Saxton, and I do not recall anyone with that name., Mr. Curtice, Mr. Norman or Mr. Cornell, use to cut our hair, (Mr. Cornell was just out of high school by 1 or 2 years, and we use to call him Mr. Jim sometimes) there was this other guy, I cannot remember his name but he had a black belt in karate.
